a tenth edition of our culinary camps!
A complete adventure, from earth to plate.


Over the six weeks of our Aliment’Terre culinary camps, some 140 apprentice chefs aged 10 to 15 will benefit from the expertise and facilities of our Institute.

Our thanks to the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec for its financial support of this wonderful project.
